The game does give you a few breadcrumbs to help you get a bit more invested, but I do wish that they could have given us a proper story to enjoy. There are plenty of difficulty levels and the higher the difficulty level the more you are rewarded so there is a lot of incentive to replay heists on higher difficulty levels.
One of the things that I really like about Payday 2 is how there are many different kinds of heists for you to do. You can rob a bank, an armored car, a store and even make and sell drugs!
There is a nice amount of variety and I know in my case, I never ended up having to two do heists that were exactly the same back to back. You can go around and try and complete your heist with stealth.
This is very challenging to do, but you feel amazing when you do it, plus you are rewarded for it very handsomely. You can also go in all payday 2 free download blazing and just hope that you have more firepower and are a better shot than the cops and security officers trying to stop you. The first time I played Payday 2 I tried it in single player with AI teammates and it was ok. It was not bad by any means, but it was not exactly rocking my world.
Your team has four master thieves in it and you can play with friends if you want. I play this a great deal online with a friend and it is so much better. Many times, we will come up with what we feel is a full proof plan to get in, get out and get paid without causing too much ruckus.
